To create a ticket, log in at www.partners.cocloud.in and navigate to Service Requests. Choose Tickets to Cocloud and click Raise Service Requests on the top right corner. Select the issue type, such as Technical Issue for network-related problems. Then, choose the relevant SUB ID from the dropdown list and specify the issue subcategory.
